behavior skills
"Behavioral skills are very important because they help us grow in discipline and teach us to respect others, among other things. Behavior comes first, and only then does education follow. If we are disciplined, education will naturally come to us."
Active Listening: When someone is speaking, focus entirely on them without distractions. Avoid interrupting or jumping in with your own thoughts immediately. Show you're paying attention through eye contact, nodding, and providing feedback like "I see" or "That makes sense." This conveys understanding and respect for what the other person is saying.
Body Language: Your body language speaks volumes. When responding to someone, maintain open and respectful posture, like facing them and nodding. A polite tone, clear expression, and positive gestures enhance mutual respect. Speaking harshly or using closed-off body language (like crossing arms) can create tension and reduce respect.
3.Put Yourself in Others' Shoes: Try to imagine what the other person is experiencing. Consider their emotions, perspectives, and reasons for behaving the way they do. This helps build a deeper understanding of their situation.
we will see more tips another day!
Keep it up.
